Returns Policy

Our mission is to make it easy to buy and sell preloved clothing and home goods.

But sometimes, we understand that there may be disputes between buyers and sellers. We try our best to minimize these disputes by reminding sellers to describe their items in full detail, including any flaws. If the buyer would like to initiate a return for the reasons listed below, the buyer has 2 days after package delivery to initiate a return, only if the seller allows returns on that item. The buyer is responsible for one-way shipping costs.

Reasons for returns include:

  • The item doesn’t fit
  • The buyer doesn’t like the item anymore
  • The buyer changed his or her mind

If, in the extreme circumstance, a buyer receives an item that is damaged, and it wasn’t described in the item listing, the buyer should reach out to us directly at with the subject line “Damaged Purchase” and with supporting images and we will initiate a return. The buyer will not be charged for shipping in these cases.

Valid reasons for shipping-free returns include:

  • The item that the buyer received has significant flaws and damage that greatly affect its usability that were not mentioned in the ad
  • The item that was received is not the item the buyer purchased

If a buyer is initiating a return for one of the extreme reasons listed below, please email us directly at to process the return.

Buyers have 2 days to initiate a return, if they fail to initiate a return by the end of day 2, or if they fail to respect other deadlines within return correspondence, the dispute case will be closed.
